Books in Print | Vintage Books | Copier Art | Waste·Not·Want·Not This section is for browsing my books for sale. Not any kind of book, but 'book art' made by me from scratch. As you peruse, think of a friend you might share it with, or perhaps you'd like to keep it hidden the way I did. It is art that you don't put up on a wall or frame under glass. You can actually hold it in your hands, put in a drawer or under the bed, whatever. This sampling of my most current books includes ones made both prior to and after the beginning of the new millennium. Some titles are actually around in my studio – 'in stock' as they say. Others can be printed (as well as dated, numbered and signed) if asked for. Browse Books in Print >> These books are among the earliest books made as 'multiples' prior to the mid- and later 1990s. They are but a sampling of many books I've inventoried and categorized as 'chap books' and 'my porn as art'. Browse Vintage Books >> This is a varied (and very limited) selection of my artist. While 'serious' artists employ 'serious' techniques — lithography, letterpress, etching — I chose the photocopier and the computer printer as my tools. My choice was not only pragmatic, but appropriate. Even 'authentic'. Very much in keeping with my motifs. Browse Copier Art >> These are one-of-a-kind assemblages comprised of page proofs. I will often assemble these 'seconds' and use copier or computer to print on the reverse sides of the pages and over-print the printed sides. It is a scavenging process, a seat-of-my-pants, intuitive, and helter-skelter assembling of disparate images, proofs, papers I have in stock.
